Creamy Chicken Soup

This is a new one and I hope you like it

Needed:
about 2 Tab oil
3-4 stalks Chopped celery: chop up
Cilantro (if you like cilantro)
1 nice size Tomatoe: chop up
1 green pepper chop up
Chicken pieces about 1-2 cups (cooked)
1 can great northern beans
small can cream of chicken soup
salt
pepper
garlic power or fry a little garlic with vegtables
I also add about 1 cup of yellow rice cooked at the end, but you don’t have to, or you can add cooked noodles, potatoes or whatever you like. The yellow rice is really good in this dish.

Heat oil and stir in celery, cilantro, tomatoe, green pepper and stir fry a while to sort of limp, but not overcooked. Put the diced chicken (cooked) and cook with the vegtables a few more minutes.

Put the great northern beans in and don’t drain
Put the small can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can water
Add Can of diced chilis

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Heat together a few minutes

You can top your bowl of soup with grated cheese, fritos or corn chips or whatever you like

Soup is creamy and good.
