2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 1/4 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 cups Miniature Marshmallows
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
LINE 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil; grease lightly.
Microwave morsels and condensed milk in large bowl for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Fold in marshmallow and nuts. PRESS mixtur into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces
