Cream cheese for Bagles
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup of milk, or half and half
Add one or more of these to taste
chives
sun dried tomatoes
dill
red onion
scallions
basil
smoked samon or lox
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup berries
or whatever kind you like
You can also take like 1/2 cup of valvetta and melt it and put in the cream cheese…mix
Cream cheese topping is personal. My favorites are with strawberries or valvetta. I guess you can melt other cheese but I have found they don’t melt smooth.
