Rice: Perfect

There is a trick to cooking ricce so that it won’t come all all sticky and clumpy.

Boil 4 cups of water with a tablespoon of oil. When it comes to a good boil then

add two cups of rice/little salt and stir for one minute

put a lid on it turn the stove to low

let it cook 25 minutes without taking the lid off
without stirring it
DO NOT PEAK
If you take the lid off or stir it the rice gets yucky
At the end of the 25 minutes remove from the heat and stir and you will have really good rice

Who says rice has to be hard?
