Soup: Potatoe Cheese
Potatoe Cheese Soup
Boil about 6-8 potatoes like you would for mashed potatoes, but do not make them gooey.
Make a double portion of white gravy…your recipe or mine under gravy on this site.
Into the gravy add about 1 pound of velvetta cheese until melted
add 1-2 cans of diced green chilis (not hot…unless you also want to add some jalapenos) I like flavor not hot.
mix all of this together
