Hash Casserole
1 or 2 cans of canned hash
1 12 oz can of mexicorn drained
1 package/or homemade of corn bread mix ( I like marie Callenders in the yellow container) Make it according to directions
Put hash in the bottom of baking dish
pour corn over this
pour cornbread mixture on top
bake 400 degrees or 30 minutes
