Chorizo Mexican sausage
2 # lean ground beef
1 diced onion
2 tsp oregno
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
sm enchilada sauce
2 tsp garlic
1 sm can pimentos
3 oz chili powder I use Santa cruz chili powder
1 tsp pepper
mix all and put in frig a few hours before cooking so it can age.
Use as usual for chorizo
