Mexican Chef Salad
1 1/2 pounds good hamburger/less greasy
1 large head of lettuce
1 onion or green onions chopped (I like green)
2 good size tomatoes chopped
2 avocados (unless you don’t like them0
1/2 pound of grated cheese
1 8 oz jar of 1000 island dressing
1 large can of kidney beans
1/4 tsp salt
chop onion, lettuce, tomatoe, avocados
add cheese
Take a large bag of fritos or doritos crunch
take the hamburger, onion and fry/drain
add the beans and simmer maybe 10 minutes
Mix everything together and serve right away
You can add black chopped olives if you like them (I do)
