Mexican Sour Cream Enchiladas
Samll container sour cream
small can diced green peppers
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bunch green onions
2 cups grated chees
Pkg of med size tortillas
put together soup, sour cream, diced peppers and heat
grate cheese, dice onion, combine together
In totillas put little mixture and cheese…roll them
Save a little of the mixture to pour over the tops
also some of the cheese
Bake in oven 350 d egrees until cheese melts
