Taco Cupcakes

1 pound ground beef (but guess you can use any ground meat)

36 tortilla chips

1 package taco seasoning

2 cups shredded chees

36 wonton wrappers

1 16 oz cn refried beans (or homemade)

optional topping sour cream, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion, guacamole

Directions

prehat oven to 375

Spray 18 muffin cups with cooking spray

Brown beef in a skillet and drain the fat

Add the seasoning mix and water that is called for on the taco seasoning package

Place one wonton wrapper in the bottom of each muffin cup.

Layer beans  on top of wonton wrapper

Crush one tortilla chip on top of beans

Place about a tablespoon of ground beef

You can do this a couple times in each muffin pan (takes about 1 Tablespoon of beans, tortilla chips, ground beef, cheese

Bake in oven for like 15-18 minutes or until goldlen brown

Remove cupcakes from tin and top with your favorite taco toppings

These also make great snakes when people are around
