Yucatan Chicken Soup

4 tomatoes
L white or sweet onion
Several garlic cloves
3 Chicken breasts
About 3 quarts water
2 Tablespoons mexican chicken broth
oregno to taste
cilantro to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
6 diced green onion
2 chilis diced, or can of small diced chilis. If you like it hot…add a couple jalapenos diced and seeded.

Corn chips

Cook the chicken in the water and debone it, add the chicken broth.

In a small amount of oil…about 2 tab or less, put diced white onion, tomatoe,cilantro, oregno, garlic and saute this

Put this into the soup broth and add thre rest of the ingredents except for the corn chips.

Cook for about 15 minutes

While hot on the table in bowls, add the corn chips
You can also add shredded cheese
Some people like to add a squeezed lime
