Stir Fry

Beef that is sliced very thin (sirloin, rump, strip, rib eye or your choice)

 

Soy sauce ( I use low salt)

Rice wine (little) 1-2 Tablespoons

Backing soda Like 1 Tablespoon

cornstarch  Like 1 Tablespoon

Mix these together and put mean in and let sit for about 1/2 hours….it tenderizes it

 

Stir fry sauce:

Soy sauce light 1/4 cup

vinegar   about 1/8 cup

sugar ( I don’t add it to mine but you can)

black pepper to your liking

 

Fry all in wok or fry pan with little oil

 

You can also add garlic and onion to your liking

You can add chopped green pepper or colored ones

You can add green onions also

Fry till done
