Cheese Cake #1
1 pkg lemon jello 3 oz
1 cup boiling water
3 Tab lemon juice
1- 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 Tab butter or margarine melted
1 large cool whip
Mix jello, water, lemon juice/cool
add cream cheese, sugar & vanilla
combine graham crackers and butter and line 13 inch oblong pan or glass
combine cool whip with jello mixture, pour in cracker lined pan
Chill 2-3 hours
May be frozen ahead
