Sausage Bisquits for Breakfast

You can use your favorite bisquit recipe or use the good ones in the dairy counter….flatten kind of thin.

However many bisquits you want you would go by measuring these for 8 bisquits

1/2 pound of sausage..your favorite…hot, mild, spicy, or whatever kind you like. Cook and drain. Ground kind of sausage. I don’t know how chorizo would work, but don’t see why you couldn’t try it.

1 cup of your favorite cheese
If you like a bit of garlic powder…add that.

I know some people cook eggs and put some in these, but I have not…but it is your bisquits.

After the bisquits are flattend out, put some of the sausage and cheese and roll up with the opening at the top not the sides….you can put a little butter on top of them before you bake them.

Bake at about 350 for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven. they are pretty good and look cute besides, especially if you have to take something to work for a pot luck.
