Cheesecake….Lynn’s
12 inch spring mold pan
1 cube butter or margarine
40 graham crakers
24 oz of cream cheese (3 packages)
4 eggs…seperate whites and yellows
1 cup sugar
2 Tab lemon juice
2 Tab vanilla
Mix sugar and cream cheese thoroughly
Beat egg yoks and whites seperately
Mix egg yolks with cream cheese and sugar add flavors
Add beaten stiff egg whites into this
Crush graham crackers finely and mix with butter to form paste and line pan
Pour cheese mix over this
Bake 325 about 30 minutes remove from heat and cool 1/2 hour
Take 4 cartons 1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 Tab lemon juice
1 Tab vanilla
Mix these together good and pour over cooled cake and put in oven for 7 min at 450-475 degrees
cool and refrig several hours
