Coffee Cake…quick
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tab shortning
1 egg
1 Tab sugar
3/4 cup milk
mix flour, baking powder, and salt together
add shortning and cut in with fork or pastry blender
Beat egss and sugar together…mix with milk
add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and beat until smooth
Spread batter in greased pan
cover top of batter mixture with sugar and cinnanmon
bake 400 for about 15-20 minutes
