Casserole: Brocolli & Rice Casserole
1 cup rice – cooked as directed
Saute 2/3 cups diced onion
2/3 cups diced celery
1 pkg frozen chopped brocolli cook as directed
Heat together
1 can cream of mushrrom or cream of chicken soup
8 oz velvetta cheese
Line casserole dish with rice, combine remaining ingredients, pour into rice and bake 350 degrees about 25 minutes
