Shrimp Creole
1 1/2 pounds shrimp….clean
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup margarine…melted
1 finely chopped clove garlic or garlic powder
2 cups canned chopped tomatoes
3 tab flour
pepper
1 tsp salt
cook onions, pepper, garlic in margarine until tender. blend in flour and seasonings add tomatoes and cook until kind of thick add shrimp and cook 10-15 minutes more
Stir a lot!!!!!
pour over rice or potatoes
Serve with tomatoe aspic if you can…it is good too
