Pork Chop Suey

3 Tablespoons olive oil. I guess you can use any kind of oil, but I use organic olive oil.

1 32 oz package Birdseye Vegtables: Zucinni and Squash

1/2 green/red pepper or frozen kind that you use about a cup…it is already cut up and all three kinds of peppers

1 8oz package fresh bean sprouts

1 package chop suey mix/bok choy cabbage, celery, onions

1 can La Choy water chesnuts that are sliced up 8oz

Stir fry these until they are getting soft

I get a small package of chinese noodles that are already cooked it is 7-8 oz package and I rince them off and then put them in….or you can get a small package of chinese noodles and cook them and put them in. It does not take more than 7-8 oz package though.

Liquid: 1 can chicken broth
4 Tablespoons corn starch
soy sauce. I guess I use about 3 Tablespoons
mix this and add about 1/3 of it only to above mixture. the rest I don’t use.

pour over hard chow mein crispy noodles or rice
