Cheese Wafers

1/2 cup butter or margarine (people say butter is better)
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
1 Cup self-rising flour
salt to taste

Procedure: Cream butter and cheese until light and fluffy. Add flour, salt…mix well

Roll mixture into tiny balls
place on cooke sheet

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until kind of crisp and golden brown

Cool and store in cool dry place in a tightly sealed container.
