Gravy (white and meat, and bacon/sausage)

Gravy one…from meat juice

From bacon, roast juice, chicken…etc

As the oil is hot…put in about 1/2 cup flour and use wire whip and mix and cook a couple of minutes
Add a little salt and pepper

Pour water slowly…about 2 cups or so until just a little thick

White Gravy for like with Bisquits
Melt: 1/2 cup margarine or butter
little salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour and mix with wire whip

Add Milk….not water….slowly and cook till however thick you like it…takes about 2 cups milk…more or less due to how thick you like

Bacon/sausage

take the drippings and add flour…about 1/2 cups and mix with wire whip
slowly add milk (about 2 cups)
salt and pepper
cook till thickend like you like it
