Beans: chef’s beans
1 pound pinto beans dry
1 small can cassera sauce
1 can diced tomates
1 can diced green chilis
1/2 chopped red onion
2-3 ham hocks
Soak all the above in boiling water (don’t keep boiling)
Pour water off
Put new water in this and start cooking
Cook about 2 hours or so until beans soft
