Mexican Chorizo
5 pounds of ground beef
1 pound pork sausage
8 oz santa cruz chili paste
8 oz santa cruz chili powder
1 tab salt
1 tab garlic salt
1 tab oregno
1 tab pepper
1 oz red wine and or
1/4 cup apple juice
mix all together and let sit for 2 days in frig before cooking…it needs to age.
