Mexican Corn Bread (Gil)
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
3 Tab sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Large egg
1 808 can cream corn
1 can green chilis (hot if you want)
cheese
Blend corn meal till powdery before adding dry ingredients
Bake @ 375 for approx 35 minutes
