Soup: Chicken Rice
Boil 2-3 chicken breasts in water for about an hour until real tender….debone
You can use the juice from this if you like for your soup, but if you don’t like your soup with grease in it then boil some water in the size soup you want to make and add some KNorr Caldo Con Sabor de Pollo (Mexican chicken bouillon) It is not greasy but flavorful and good. Put depending on size 1-2 Tablespoons of it for flavor. If not enough add more.
Put the deboned chicken until boiling
Add 1-2 cups of “real rice” and cook for 20 minutes until tender
If you like green chilis in your soup then add a can of diced green chilis
You can also if you like add a diced zucinni
Easy and good soup
(I don’t like to use canned broth but it is your soup)
